I'm Vlad Tehlivets. For the past year my work has centered on AI engineering across the full stack — cloud backend, frontend, and DevOps. Not models for their own sake: software that puts them to work on problems people actually have.
What that looks like in practice
- Cloud backend — domain-modelled services on serverless and container runtimes, built to stay cheap at low traffic and boring under load.
- Frontend — fast, accessible, framework-light interfaces. This site ships as static HTML under 15KB with no third-party scripts.
- DevOps — infrastructure as code, CI that actually gates merges, and deploys dull enough to run on a Friday.
How I build
I lean on domain-driven design: model the problem first, keep the domain pure and testable, and push infrastructure to the edges behind ports. Tests exercise real collaborators rather than mocks, so they describe behaviour instead of implementation.
The same principles run this hub — a pure domain layer that imports nothing infrastructural, an append-only engagement journal, and analytics that record no personal data at all.
